The provision of RPA Software and Training (Developing our people and organisations) to the Irish public sector is a priority for the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform. RPA deployment in the Irish public sector currently stands at five PSBs with a further two PSBs testing recently developed robots. The plan is to grow this number substantially.
The Office of Government Procurement (OGP) is therefore establishing a framework to deliver Robotic Process Automation Software, Training, services and support. It is expected that this framework will span all Government Departments and organisations who have processes that are suitable to being automated using an RPA Software solution.
In summary, the Services comprise:
1. The supply, renewal and installation of RPA licenses
2. The provision of RPA training and development
3. The provision of proposed RPA Software Vendor Expert technical support
4. The provision of RPA and RPA-related consultancy services
