Short description

The Contracting Authority is establishing a panel for the provision of business coaching services and training / development services, In the first instance, completed ESPDs (Appendix 1) will be used to assess economic operators, on a pass/fail basis, against the Grounds for Exclusion detailed in Section 4 of this document and the Eligibility Criteria contained in Section 5 of this document. Economic operators who are not eliminated under the Grounds for Exclusion and the Eligibility Criteria will then have their applications assessed by way of the Objective Criteria for Admission (Appendix 2). All economic operators complying with the published criteria will be awarded membership of the panel. All economic operators returning completed qualification questionnaires will be formally advised of the outcome of their applications.
