The Contracting Authority proposes establishing a Single Supplier Framework Agreement for the Supply and Installation of Vehicle Lifts for a four (4) year period.
The requirement is for mobile column vehicle lifts, which combined, must be capable of lifting large bus and coach vehicles with a design gross vehicle weight in the region of 30,000 kilograms.
Column lifts must be able to work in synchronisation to ensure smooth-running lifting and lowering even in situations where the distribution of vehicle weight may be uneven.
It is proposed that there will be an initial purchase of two (2) sets of mobile vehicle lifts capable of lifting large tri-axle buses. One (1) for Broadstone, Dublin and one (1) for Stranorlar, Donegal.
