The Quantity Surveying Services will be required for Preliminary Stage, Detailed Design Stage, Tender, Construction and Handover.

Description of the procurement

The Quantity Surveying Services will be required for Preliminary Stage, Detailed Design Stage, Tender, Construction and Handover.
The proposed works will comprise the fit-out of circa 2,500 Sq.m net (between the 3rd and 4th Floors) in Three Park Place, Hatch Street, Dublin 2 (the "Premises") for office accommodation. The fit-out works will consist of open plan office space, cellular offices, meeting rooms, training rooms, canteen area, storage areas, services areas and ancillary office accommodation areas. The main building works (shell & core and CAT A works) are complete. The works are to be completed by the end of September 2019 to allow occupation by the SEAI in Q3 2019. Applicants should note that construction (fit-out works) on other floors in the Three Park Place development will be ongoing during the fit-out works.
