The project consists of the construction of a new circa 3,750 m2 building consisting of a ground floor, first floor, second floor and third floor. The building is going to be primarily used as an open plan business innovation space with limited cellular offices on ground to second floors. The second floor North wing and the third floor will not be fitted out as part of these works The building is a concrete frame with RC/block work walls and an architectural precast concrete cladding external wall finish. The windows are anodized aluminium and the roof is a single ply membrane on a RC structure. Internally the building has lightweight internal walls and is subdivided into separate spaces to house the separate accommodations. The siteworks includes for nominal site preparation, a new surface carpark, new tarmac roads, new services which connect into existing services and new soakaways.
