Teagasc is seeking to establish a multi party framework agreement for Architect Led Integrated Design Team and Project Management services. The design team/project management services will cover the following disciplines: Architectural Services, Civil & Structural Engineering Services, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Services, Quantity Surveying Services, Fire Safety Consultancy Services, PSDP Services.The maximum estimated value of professional services over the lifetime of the multi party framework is in the region of €1,500,000 to €5,000,000. The multi party framework agreement will be established on foot of two initial contracts for (Architect led) design and project management services for the construction of a new build Food Innovation Hub at Teagasc, Moorepark, Fermoy, Co Cork and for the design and project management services for the construction of a Food Biotest Facility incorporating small animal and other Laboratories at Teagasc Moorepark, Fermoy.
