The overall objective of Tenancy Support & Sustainment Services is to provide support to persons or households that are at risk of becoming homeless, to assist them to occupy (or continue) to occupy their accommodation and progress from homelessness or potential homelessness towards independent sustainable living.
This Lot 1 is for the provision of Tenancy Support and Sustainment Services to Single Persons at Risk and delivered in County Louth. This Lot would be considered as a Low to Medium Support Grouping of a maximum of 30 persons. It would be envisaged that these clients would be having difficulty sustaining or securing a tenancy and be at risk of homelessness. There would be no addiction or health issues of concern.
The Tenancy Services Support & Sustainment services will not duplicate, replace or overlap with other relevant services but will assist in accessing such services.

It would be considered that the caseload in this Lot would be 50 clients and that the addictions would include Alcohol, Drugs and/or Prescription Drugs.

This Lot would be a Regional Lot and would be therefore from counties Cavan, Louth and Monaghan and could number 20.
