Short description
The construction of 28 no. Infill Houses at MacUilliam, Fortunestown Lane, Tallaght, Dublin 24 and all associated site works.
It is a requirement that the tendering contractor has completed in the last 7 years a housing project under the direction of a professional design team, using a Public Works Contract Form, to a value of not less than €2,000,000.00. The project program requires delivery within a restricted timeframe. The tenderer must demonstrate that they have the technical, management, organisational resources, together with the technical and administrative PSCS / Health & Safety expertise, to implement the works in the designated timeframe.
Contractors are required to qualify in order for their tenders to be considered bona fide.
