Description of the procurement

Irish Water plan to undertake the construction of
approximately 35km of new watermains in Galway
County, Ireland together with associated booster
pumping stations, storage reservoirs, chlorine
monitoring and boosting, and ancillary works to
facilitate the extension of the Tuam Regional Water
Supply Scheme to surrounding areas.
It is intended that the works will be implemented
under Irish Water’s Major Works Civil Engineering
Contract.
