    Bus Éireann wishes to establish a panel of suitably qualified providers/retailers for

    the supply of bicycles and bicycle safety equipment to Bus Éireann (“BE”),

    employees and directors who wish to participate in the Scheme (“Approved

    Supplier”). The Scheme provides that the employer, (in this case, Bus Éireann),

    makes provision for the employee to source the bicycle from an Approved

    Supplier. The panel will be for five years, a supplier may apply at any stage

    during this period.
