    The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend the Term for a period or periods of up to One (1) year with a maximum of two (2) such extension or extensions on the same terms and conditions, subject to the Contracting Authority’s obligations at law. The maximum Framework Agreement Term shall be four (4) years in the aggregate.

    The DIT is the contracting authority (“the Contracting Authority”) for this public

    procurement competition (“the Competition”).

    DIT Cathal Brugha Street requires the provision of food and drink supplies to the

    School of Culinary Arts and Food Technology. The School of Culinary Arts and

    Food Technology (“the School”) enjoys national and international success in

    entrepreneurial, bakery, culinary, food science and bar competitions. Building on

    this, the School is committed to responding to the changes that have emerged in

    Irish higher education in recent times. Embracing the consequent challenges and

    opportunities the School continues to play a leading role in developing culinary

    education in Ireland.
