    The Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine is seeking to engage the

    services of a Marine Civil Engineering consultant to provide feasibility, planning,

    design, construction supervision and handover services associated with the

    development of an additional 120m of quay face at Smooth Point, Killybegs Fishery

    Harbour Centre, Killybegs, Co. Donegal, Ireland. The requirements of the

    Department in relation to this commission are detailed in full in the tender documents

    including the Service
