    Bord na Móna wishes to establish a multi-party framework agreement for a 3 year

    period to cover its requirements for Corporate Finance advice. The types of

    advice required will relate to several areas including the following areas:

    . Evaluation of proposed investment projects

    . Financing of Bord na Mona‘s Corporate Strategy

    . Financial Management of current and future businesses

    . Assisting in the development of business cases

    . Identifying Investment opportunities for the Bord na Mona Group.

    . Assistance on disposal/acquisition of businesses

    . Other financial /investment advice as required

    . Due diligence on acquisition/investment projects

    . Valuation of Businesses/Assets

    . Other general Corporate Finance Advice
