The University of Limerick Graduate Entry Medical School (“GEMS”) was established in 2007 GEMS offers a four year medical degree programme which is open to graduates from any discipline. It has a highly innovative curriculum that aims to produce doctors who are well equipped to meet the existing and emerging needs of Irish society. Expected student numbers for the academic year 2017/18 are approx. 586 students.Exam Assessment Software suitable for University grade exams including Objective Structured Clinical Exam (OSCE), Long and Short Case exams, Single Best Answer (SBA) which relate to the Extended Matching Question (EMQ) and Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) papers, Short Answer Question (SAQ) exams submitted via electronic devices and also workplace based assessments known within the GEMS as In-Training- Assessment (ITA) forms
