FCL015C - Contract Notice for the Provision of Cleaning Services to Spencer Dock Building

This is a Contract Notice for an EU Tender Competition for Cleaning Services. The Office of Government Procurement, acting on behalf of the Comptroller & Auditor General, who is the Contracting Authority, intends to invite submissions from companies / organisations with expertise and capability to deliver the specified Cleaning Services for the Spencer Dock Building as set out in the RFT. This newly refurbished building will accommodate 3 Government Departments from October 2015, in all circa 480 staff. The building is currently been fitted out and site visits cannot be facilitated. The Tender package include building plans and use of this building. The total estimated value for the tender is estimated at €200K.
