2015/06/Hazelwood College - Request for Tender for Replacement Civil and Structural Engineer

The provision of additional accommodation as approved by the Department of Education & Skills at Hazelwood College, Dromcollogher. The new accommodation is to be housed in a two storey standalone building approx. 1120 sq. metre. The new building is to be located on the hard surface play area to the East of the existing gym. This location is deemed most suitable due to site constraints, proximity to the existing services, ease of access and connection with the existing school. The existing hard surface play area is to be relocated to the open space to the west of the playing pitch as part of the works. The following surveys have been carried out as part of Stage 1: • GPR Survey • Fire Flow Simulation Test • Ground Investigation Survey • Topographical Survey This contract is awarded to H.G.L.
