SLC/TS/001 - To procure an external recruitment agency which specialises in the provision of suitably qualified educational support workers for students with disabilities and specific learning difficulties

AIT Disability & Learning Support Service, as part of the AIT Student Resource Centre, requires the service of an agency who will be able to provide suitably qualified agency employed persons to work as Note Takers, Personal Assistants, Academic Assistants and subject specific Tutors for students registered with the service who have physical, sensory (moderate/severe hearing impairment, visual impairment) and concentration difficulties (i.e. students with Asperger’s, acquired brain injury and mental health difficulty). The college day is from 9am to 6pm; thus AIT may call upon the agency to provide educational support workers during those hours as required.
