Provision of VITAL Prior Art Assessment, Protectionability, Validity and Right to Use Services

CONTRACT IS AWARDED - ONE FRAMEWORK OPERATOR ADMITTED. No 1. TOMKINS & CO Dundalk Institute of Technology (DkIT) (the Authority), as Lead Partner representing the Partnership of Dundalk Institute of Technology, Dublin City University and Queen’s University, Belfast, has prepared this tender document for use in tender preparation by suitably competent persons/organisations/consortia who wish to join a Cross Border framework agreement for the provision of Prior Art Assessment, Protectionability, Validity and Right to Use Services for its VITAL Project. This cross border multi-operator framework will have duration of up to two years commencing 2014. Quotations sought from competent suppliers to deliver Intellectual Property consultancy services to serve the needs of the VITAL Project and it’s client base in the respective jurisdictions of Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. VITAL is funded by the European Union’s INTERREG IVA cross border programme, managed by the Special EU Programmes Body with match financial assistance from the accountable departments in Ireland and Northern Ireland.
