Fin Service No. 4 - A Feasibility Study into the Development of a National Food Centre in Cork City

This public procurement competition relates to the carrying out of a Feasibility Study into the development of a National Food Centre in Cork City. The objective of the study will be to determine the constituent elements of a successful and commercially viable food centre. It will consider potential sites and specifically examine the potential viability of developing a food centre within the former Capitol Cinema site at Grande Parade, Cork and the potential of the Oyster Tavern to be redeveloped as the first phase. Finally it will recommend a strategy for the advancement of such a project.
