In summary, during the Framework Agreement term (and any proposed contract extensions) the required services comprise of professional, up to date, international market research through store audits specific to seafood species for both retailers and fishmongers, secondly, international trading insights and data on foodservice/wholesale markets including value, volume, provenance and supply chain specific to specific seafood species, and thirdly the retrieval and return to the Seafood Innovation Hub in Clonakilty of specific seafood products including packaging.
