E20401 - Architect Led Integrated Design Team Consultancy Services - Abbey Street, Ennis, Co. Clare

A masterplan was completed for the site in December 2022 by VHA Architects. The project comprises the development of a Mixed-Use scheme which will consist of a large single-storey structure to house retail and office accommodation over three levels on the northern side of the site. The retail and office multistorey development will also contain appropriate ancillary facilities such as delivery yard and public realm landscaping.
