MS Teams Telephony - The provision and deployment of a technical solution to migrate EPA users from PSTN via onsite PBX to SIP via Microsoft Teams

The EPA is seeking to engage the services of an expert partner to move the existing telephony and all DDI’s from its on-premise Cisco Unified Communications (PBX) to Microsoft Teams utalising a SIP connection. The EPA requires a Microsoft Teams fully cloud hosted platform including inbound and outbound calling. The response should include the provision of a skilled project manager to ensure sucessful deployment of the proposed solution
