220622 UCC Flooring Framework - Establishment of a Multi Supplier Framework of Specialist Contractors using the Open Procedure for Flooring Works in UCC

Establishment of a Multi Supplier Framework of Specialist Contractors using the Open Procedure for Flooring Works in UCC; AND; Flooring Works to 6 no rooms in existing buildings on the main UCC campus. These works will be undertaken in 2022 on a phased basis. The University plans to complete this project on a phased basis over 2 months comprising 2 no phases. The contractor is to allow for the installation of three rooms per phase. On completion of phase 1 - returning a few weeks later to do the next three rooms as funding permits. Works are detailed in the pricing document and will include removal of existing vinyl, marmoleum , carpet sheet , carpet tile and other finishes to floors and stairs, removal of skirtings, nosing’s, edge trims, and cover strips, preparation works to existing surfaces and lay levelling screed in preparation for new works. Supply & Fit new vinyl, marmoleum , carpet sheet , carpet tile floor & stairs finish and associated skirting’s, coved skirting’s , nosing’s , trims, edge trims and cover strips complete with all protection
