The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive procedure with negotiation to award a contract for the Renovation and Reconfiguration of Room 509 on the GMIT Dublin Road Galway Campus. The scope of works for Room 509 entails the renovation and reconfiguration project proposes conversion of a tiered theatre (double height space) into two separate floors each accommodating two new labs and ancillary works.
