Killybegs Town Centre Regeneration Project - Island House and Public Realm Works Contract

Works contract for the redevelopment of Island House to provide a Tourism Information Centre and Digital/Enterprise Hub and the redevelopment of Car Park and Public Areas at The Diamond to an Integrated Civic Space in Killybegs, Co. Donegal. Includes piling to sub-structure, demolition/alteration of existing structure, development of building to new layout on steel frame structure to complete finish. Public Realm works to include excavation of existing diamond area, construction of retaining structures, steps and ramps, laying of natural stone paving and new road surfacing, lighting and street furniture.
