Scope of Sponsorship OpportunityThe VIP & Business Services Suite at Dublin Airport offers a seamless and private VIP service availed of by Dignitaries, Heads of State, VVIPs, VIPS and CIPs. In the last year the service has successfully been extended to a wider commercial market.Bypassing Terminals 1 and 2 our guests are personally welcomed by a member of our Protocol Team and then invited to relax in their own personal suite in total privacy, while all check-in and security processes are attended to.When it’s time to depart our VIP groups are driven in luxury people carriers to the steps of their departing flight. On arrival VIP groups are collected directly from the aircraft and driven in luxury people carriers back to the VIP Suite where they can relax in their private lounge while their baggage is being collected and loaded into their cars.In recent times the VIP Executive Suite has grown in popularity with out business clients for group travel or client entertainment trips. Significant forthcoming international commitments for Ireland are the OSCE Chairmanship in 2012, EU Presidency 2013, 50th Eucharistic Congress – June 2012 and Annual IFTA & IRMA awards.The basis of the sponsorship will be as follows:The supply of 2 people carriers changed every 3 years – must be optimum specificationAdditional temporary vehicles when required upon request (e.g. EU Presidency etc.)All vehicles fully maintainedAll vehicles cleaned weeklyDAA VIP brochures distributed in dealershipsOpportunity to include VIP vouchers in sale/lease of top of the range vehiclesOpportunity to include VIP marketing message in magazineSponsorship Branding OpportunitiesOfficial car of DAA VIP & Business ServicesBranded podium in porch where VIP clients enter/exit carsAdvertisements in VIP brochure (when reprinted)The contract will be for 3 year period with an annual review.PLEASE NOTE DAA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SHORTLIST TENDERERS FOR CLARIFICATION AND COST NEGOTIATION INTERVIEWS PRIOR TO AWARD OF BU
