Employee Assistance Programme Services (EAS) Request for Information (RFI)

The purpose of this RFI is to gather market information for Employee Assistance Programme Services (EAS). The Department of Public Expenditure and Reform is considering the establishment of a 2nd generation framework for Employee Assistance Programme Services (EAS) to assist public bodies and their employees to manage or resolve work-related and personal concerns which, if left unattended may adversely affect attendance, work performance and quality of life. The focus of these services are on employee wellbeing and organisational performance improvement. It is envisaged that services may be delivered by external market operators to be procured in accordance with national and EU public procurement rules. As part of this process, the Office of Government Procurement wishes to take market soundings to identify market capabilities. Please note that this is not a competition but is a Request for Information only. It does not constitute an offer to enter into a contract.
