TII215 - MetroLink Property Owners Protection Scheme

MetroLink Property Owners Protection Scheme (POPS) is a voluntary scheme that allows a residential property owner to register their property with TII if their property is within thirty metres of the edge of the MetroLink alignment or within 50 metres of the edge of station structure. This contract involves the establishment of a framework panel of three independent building surveying companies. From this panel the property owner may choose which company they wish to carry out the survey
