Roof/Drainage Works to include fascia, soffit, gutters, rainwater pipes and drainage at Kinsale Community School, Kinsale, Co. Cork

The proposed works provide for the roof works to include fascia, soffits, gutters and rainwater pipes to Kinsale Community School in Kinsale, Co Cork. The works include modification to the existing timber fascia and soffit, overlaid with PVC soffit and fascia, replacement of existing aluminium gutters and downpipes with 150mm x 3mm extruded half round seamless aluminium gutters together with endcaps/outlets/gutter brackets plus accessories with hidden hangers and ornamental brackets. Downpipes to be 100mm aluminium downpipes at each outlet. Additional outlets and downpipes are also to be provided together with associated underground drainage as shown on the attached drawings. Existing lights located on the fascia’s and soffits are also to be replaced with suitable replacements. Damaged ceilings internally are to be repainted.
