Tenders are sought for the supply delivery, installation and calibration the Semiconductor Device Parameter Analyser. The semiconductor device parameter analyser equipment is required for precision current voltage analysis to support IV, CV, etc. It's also required to provide a wide range of measurement capabilities to cover the electrical characterisation and evaluation of devices, materials, semiconductors, active/passive components, and any other type of electronic device.
