Summary of Services for Fit Out Pre-Qualification Request for Tender for the manufacture, provision and installation of visitor centre fit out including welcome reception, cloaks, café including kitchen servery and permanent exhibition works at Oweninny Visitor Centre comprising joinery, metalwork, kitchen equipment, specialist paint and decorative finishes, audio visual hardware and graphics. Insurances The successful Tenderer shall be required to hold for the term of the Services Contract the following insurances: Type of Insurance Indemnity Limit Employer’s Liability €12.7 million Public Liability €6.5 million Product Liability €6.5 million Professional Indemnity €1 million
