Repairs to existing flat roof. Includes the removal of existing ballast and waterproofing layer replacing with rigid insulation and new waterproofing membrane. Provision of new metal capping and cladding to existing roof parapet and walls. Provision of new galvanised steel handrail at parapet level. Removal of existing concrete pavers from roof level. Removal of existing defective windows and the provision of new aluminium framed double glazed roof windows and existing openings.
