GMIT Science Laboratories 18 - GMIT Science Laboratory Refurbishment Fit Out Summer 2018

GMIT are inviting tenders under the open procedure for the following proposed renovation/upgrade project 'Science Laboratory Refurbishment Works 2018'. This project involves works to a number of rooms in the Science Department. Works are located in two areas within the one building as indicated on the attached map. This will be a turnkey project which must be ready to move into upon completion on the 31.08.2018. The main elements involved are as follows: • Minor demolitions / stripout. • Closing of door opes • Construction of block walls • Installation of suspended ceilings • Electrical alterations. • Electrical fitout (power, lighting, data) • Mechanical Alterations • Decoration. • Floor finishes. • Installation of furniture (fixed benching).
