Third Stand, Tallaght Stadium. Construction of a single tier 2,183 spectator stand including all access & seating, ancillary & welfare facilities, mechanical & electrical installations and all necessary site works. In order to qualify for consideration each tenderer must submit the forms QW2 and QW3-SAQ. It is a requirement that the tendering contractor must have: • at least one project which demonstrates the delivery of a Design and Build Contract under the GCCC CF2/RIAI contract or equivalent approved with a minimum value of €2,000,000.00 excluding VAT in the last seven years and • successfully completed at least one project in the last seven years with a structural subcontract in pre-cast/cast-in-situ concrete valued at not less than 25% of total contract value. The evidence should be in accordance with the requirements identified here (or if for any valid reason this evidence cannot be provided then alternative evidence which is considered appropriate by the Contracting Authority may be provided) Contractors are required to qualify in order for their tenders to be considered bona fide.
