Detailed description:

The establishment of single operator frameworks for the provision of Tenancy Support and Sustainment Services, in eight (8) Lots. Louth County Council is leading this procurement on behalf of the local authorities in Louth, Cavan and Monaghan. The overall objective of the Tenancy Support & Sustainment service is to provide support to households that are at risk of becoming homeless, in order to assist them to occupy (or continue) to occupy their accommodation and progress from homelessness or potential homelessness towards independent sustainable living. This will involve home visits by the Tenancy Support & Sustainment Service Project/Key Workers whose role will be to signpost and facilitate access to mainstream services. The Tenancy Support & Sustainment Services will not duplicate, replace or overlap with other relevant services but will assist in accessing such services.
