Multi-party Framework for Minor Civil Engineering & Building Works at Grangegorman. The initial contract is for the Construction of the North Circular Road (NCR) Temporary Car Park & Associated Site Works – Phase 1. This includes the construction of 111 No. car park spaces on a subject site area of 1.25 hectares. The Framework is to provide for ground works, drainage works, water main works, minor site works and minor building works. The principal descriptive characteristics of the works are as follows: 1. Minor Civil Engineering Works including: a. Ground Works, Drainage works, water main works and minor site works 2. Minor Building Works including: a. Extensions, Demolitions and Alterations to and of Existing Structures b. Construction of New Buildings c. Repair and Refurbishment of Existing Buildings d. Works to Protected & Preserved structures 3. Mechanical and Electrical Works in support of the Minor Civil Engineering & Building works described above The framework is envisaged to run for 4 years. The value of the construction works will range from €20,000 to €750,000 with the cumulative value of the framework estimated to total a maximum of €5million.
