HSE Project 7184 - Framework Agreement for Temporary Alternative Hospital/Healthcare Accommodation at Existing Sites

Dear Sir / Madam,

The HSE is seeking submissions in respect of the rapid installation of high specification, temporary alternative accommodation at existing acute hospital sites.  The primary requirement is likely to be inpatient accommodation (i.e. ward accommodation) but may also include provision of other temporary hospital facilities i.e. theatre, mortuary etc.

The HSE is requesting submissions from providers of:

  •  Accomodation only - Provision of Accommodation, fully equipped on a Lease Model
  •   Fully Managed Service - Provision of Accommodation, fully equipped on a Lease Model, including staffing and full back-up serivce

Please note that the closing date for receipt of queries is Friday, 4th November, 2016 @ 12.00 noon

Please note that all queries should be submitted via the Message facility on the etenders website and NOT by email.

Please also note that the closing date for receipt of tenders  is Tuesday, 14th November, 2016 @ 12.00 noon via the etenders ePost-Box Facility.

Tenders will not be accepted in hard copy or by electronic means other than www.etenders.gov.ie
