Dan Desmond Villas - Stabilisation Works at Dan Desmond Villas, Glenbrook, Co Cork

Cork County Council is inviting tenders from experienced and suitable contractors to carryout stabilisation works to an existing dwelling and slope at Dan Desmond Villas Glenbrook County Cork. The project also includes the construction of a storm water drainage outfall. Cork County Council has appointed JODA Engineering Consultants to the project. Tenders are to be returned to the offices of Cork County Council, County Hall, Cork before 1400 hrs on Thursday July 14th, 2016. It is anticipated the project will commence on site in September 2016. The tender is an Open Procedure with the Instructions to Tender Document setting out the procedures for return of tenders
