Description of the procurement

Iarnród Éireann (IE) has a requirement for the establishment of a single party framework agreement for the provision of Recruitment Services to IE . The initial term will be for 24 months, with an option to extend up to an additional 24 months. Services required include, but not limited to:
- Business recruitment specialist for the recruitment of professional roles,
- Recruitment of temporary, contract and permanent staff.
- Recruitment for the IM Department, the Capital Investment Departments and such other IE departments as may be required from time to time by IE.
An integrated solution is sought whereby the successful service provider will work in tandem with IE’s HR recruitment team in the recruitment of staff. The successful service provider shall source suitable candidates and manage the effective provision of candidates as required, should have prompt access to a pool of skilled, experienced and relevant candidates, in both the domestic and global markets, and shall supply these to IE, either directly or through third party agencies.
