THIS IS A CONTRACT AWARD NOTICE.
The purpose of this competition was to establish two framework agreements for Photography Services. Requirements are divided into: Lot 1 Press/Media and Public Relations Photography; and Lot 2 Corporate Photography.
Each multi-operator framework agreement will be established with [four] [4] operators, subject to that number meeting the minimum criteria and rules. The frameworks will initially be established for a period of [two] [2] years, with the option to extend for a further period of [one] [1] year, subject to a maximum of [three] [3] such extensions, and further subject to satisfactory performance, business needs and budgetary constraints.

Lot 1 will be photography related to Press, Media and Public Relations. This will include an on campus presence with some standard editing requirements. The services will be commissioned frequently. Lot 2 will be to provide Corporate Photography. This may include an on campus presence with a greater element of planning, editing and creativity. Services will be required less frequently, but the volume of material provided for each commission will be greater.
