Short description
The Central Bank of Ireland (the “Central Bank”) requires the provision of employee engagement and listening services (including a survey mechanism) to support our organisational Engagement and Listening Strategy. The Central Bank issued an Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) inviting interested parties to participate in a competition for the opportunity to provide those services to the Central Bank. The services will support the Central Bank to maximize every opportunity to motivate, value and retain our people through listening, acting and delivering an ever more meaningful, fulfilling and digitally-enabled workplace, and assist the Central Bank in developing more sophistication and effectiveness in how we listen and act on the voice of our people.

The successful Contractor will provide the associated assessment and benchmarking in the area of employee engagement/experience to ensure the Central Bank can best analyse, interpret and translate the survey results/indicators into our People Plans, as well as supporting central actions plans to ensure organisational effectiveness.
