Therefore, the contract value stated in this notice (not withstanding Section II.1.7 and V.2.4 above) is HBFI's best estimate of the value of the framework and should not be taken as a definitive indication or guarantee of the volume of services that may be required by HBFI due to the variable demand for these services.
