Short description

"Tipperary County Council (the Client) is seeking an Architect led, fully integrated, multi-disciplinary consultancy service (the Consultant) to act as Project Supervisor Design Process and to prepare a suitable and sustainable design for a modern Library housed in a protected structure (the Project). The Consultant shall tender for the following project phases as outlined in Capital Works Management Framework (CWMF):
- CWMF Stage (ii): Detailed Design
- CWMF Stage (iii): Tender Action, Evaluation & Award.
- CWMF Stage (iv): Construction
- CWMF Stage (v): Handover of Works
This project is being funded through the Rural Regeneration Development Fund and was grant approved in November 2022. All statutory planning permissions are in place for the proposed Library to be situated in the Granary building. The Consultant is required to bring the Project from Stage (ii) Detailed Design through to Stage (v) Handover.

Description of the procurement
