The Contracting Entity intends to procure works, supplies and services related to civil works for energy projects, including but not limited to, solar farms, wind farms, battery storage or other energy projects acquired or built on the island of Ireland during the term of the Framework, including Joint Venture or subsidiary developments.
ESB plans to develop the projects, commencing in 2023, through a pipeline of greenfield projects which are currently going through the consenting process.
The scope of work for this Framework shall include the design, procurement and installation of the following:
Typical scope of work:
1. Enabling Works
2. Onsite access tracks
3. Site entrances
4. Site Accommodation for the Employer & Engineer
5. Fulfilling the role of Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS) during the Works, which may include other parties on site (e.g. Electrical Balance of Plant (EBOP) contracts, Solar Farm EPC Contractor)

Description of the procurement
