Short description
The Contracting Authority is awarding a concession agreement for the operation of the TSI Café in the TSI Building in the North Campus. (Please refer to 5.2 for information regarding specification). The form of contract entered between the Contracting Authority and the successful tenderer to govern the cafe will be a concession agreement. A draft lease agreement to be entered into with the successful tenderer is included in Appendix 4.
Tenderers are required to review these terms and conditions and indicate their acceptance thereof as part of their tender response. Any reservation with regard to these terms should be submitted as a query via the questions and answers facility on www.etenders.gov.ie.
The Contracting Authority is conducting this competitive process in a single stage negotiated procedure.

The Contracting Authority is conducting this competitive process in a single stage negotiated procedure. In the first instance, tenderers are required to respond in full to this Invitation to Tender document. All tender submissions not eliminated under the Minimum Selection Criteria (Part 1) contained in Appendix 10 - Tender Response Document will be evaluated against the award criteria and weightings contained in the Tender Response Document and Section 6 of this document.
