Short description

Trinity College Dublin, the University of Dublin seeks an established Governance, Risk Management and Compliance Assurance Software System. The system must be a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution. The system must be customised with UAT completion in August 2023. A cohort of users will be onboarded in September 2023 with roll out and training continuing to Dec 2023. It is desirable for a single vendor to address both Lot 1 and Lot 2 requirements for operational efficiency. However, proposals solely for Lot 1 or Lot 2 are eligible subject to the Award criteria as detailed in 3.3.1 of the RFT. The budget is estimated over a potential 9 year life of the system.
