Single Party Framework for multi-disciplinary consultancy services for Fingal County Council for industrial zones, infrastructure & public realm projects.(FCC/284/22 refers) Initial Contract: Stephenstown Industrial Estate Internal Road Network to include the preparation of a Masterplan for the development of Fingal County Council’s Industrial Landbank at Stephenstown Balbriggan, incorporating any existing private planning permissions for the industrial development of lands adjacent to/in proximity to the Council’s holdings including screening for EIA/SEA/AA as required and any ecological surveys/assessments required.
