The objective of this RFT is to seek proposals from suitably qualified and resourced organisations for the ongoing management and development of the Home-heating Appliance Register of Performance (HARP) database. HARP provides certified information on the efficiency of heating appliances available in Ireland. The HARP database is an off-line MS Assess database.
The successful Services Provider will be particularly experienced in the areas of:
· Relevant test standards, appliance efficiency calculations and use of certified data;
· Database development and management;
· Technical support experience.
A single successful organisation will be appointed to manage HARP, as well as providing all relevant ancillary services required in this role to SEAI as required.
