The project is located within the Council's administrative area at Abbeylands, Abbey St., Cavan Town, Eircode H12 NN99.
The project involves the following,
*The delivery of a three storey Community Public Building to accommodate a
number of local community organisations with both stand-alone and shared
office and public reception functions;
*The delivery of a three storey Remote Working Hub building to incorporate
civic use lettable space at ground floor and to accommodate lettable office
space for various private companies with shared office facilities on upper
levels;
*The delivery of a large public plaza area, event space;
*The delivery of public realm improvements to adjoining streets and
laneways;
* All ancillary works associated with this phase.

Options for additional Services are clearly detailed under Section 21.0 in Volume 3 - Service Requirements. The Options identified may be applied during the Service Contract. The right to use the options is at the sole discretion of Cavan County Council, who also reserve the right to procure such services outside of any contract awarded under this RFT.

The value of €1,250,000 ex vat - is an estimated value of the Service Contract for Phase 1 only. It does not include any additional Services that maybe required/included should any of the options under Section 21.0 in Volume 3 - Service Requirements be applied during the Service Contract.
