Short description
The Central Bank of Ireland has a requirement for access to online legal subscriptions services. The Competition covers three separate Sub-lots (each a “Lot”) and a summary of the lots is provided below. Each Lot will result in a separate Contract.
Sub-lot A - Legal Research Subscriptions with coverage of UK, European Union and International Law
Sub-lot B Legal Research Subscriptions with coverage of Ireland
Sub-lot C - Legal Precedent and Guidance Subscriptions
The Central Bank has more detailed requirements in relation to the requirements for each Sub-lot and Tenderers are referred to Appendix 1A of the ITT for further details on each of these requirements.

Description of the procurement
The Central Bank require online legal research subscription services for sixty (60) licences relating to UK Law, European Law and International Law.
The Central Bank may require additional licences in any of the Sub-lot subscriptions from time to time over the term of the contract and costs for any additional licences will be requested from the Central Bank and agreed in advance with the successful Tenderer if the Central Bank want to proceed with the purchase of any additional licences.
Price is not the only award criterion and all criteria are stated only in the procurement documents
